Once you place your order you will receive an ‘order acknowledgment email’ detailing the products you have ordered. Please note, this is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
At Adams, we wish for your special purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by our insured courier service and will reach you within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
RETURNS POLICY:
Items must be returned unworn, in an original and unused condition along with all the packaging & a valid receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for any item lost in transit while being returned to us.
Special Orders or Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
