Please note that personalised and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Our team can help you choose in store in Killarney or Tralee, or online if that suits better.

Secure payment is available at checkout, with orders delivered via An Post or an insured courier. Orders over €100 are delivered free across Ireland; under €100, registered delivery is €10 via An Post. Delivery typically arrives within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. UK and European delivery is €25 and worldwide is €30, with some products restricted from shipment outside Europe. Returns are accepted within 14 days, unworn and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
